Colorado is losing, losing and losing
It’s been a long hot summer on the Front Range. Nothing new there. We had some nice monsoon rains and cooler temperatures periodically. A little warmer than usual but OK. Traveling in Colorado continues to be a nightmare. When accessing the Front Range there are too many cars and notenough roadways. The roadways that do exist are pretty bad. As for the actions of the Colorado legislators, there is no relief in sight for better roads.
After spending lots of time in Wyoming this summer, it became crystal clear why people are so happy there. Everything is cheaper from goods, services and sales tax. Cheyenne is in the middle of a data center boom and large energy-producing projects. Unlike Colorado, Wyoming is more focused on creating good jobs and generating revenue.
