DENVER — On Friday, the city of Denver issued an Order of Summary Suspension for Nativ Hotel & Gatsby Social’s (located on Wazee Street in Denver) liquor, food and caberet licenses following an investigation that uncovered new alleged violations of rules and regulations.
The popular nightclub isn’t unfamiliar to such actions by the city. In April, the business was shutdown and its licenses were suspended for almost two months after hundreds of fire code violations and an alleged assault.
