DENVER (KDVR) — The family of a late Colorado car collector is currently auctioning off hundreds of automobiles.
The auction for the “Born Family Estate Collection” features more than 200 vehicles, with models ranging anywhere from 1912 to 1995.
“It’s been a lifetime collection for my grandpa and my dad. So there’s too many cars to have, and there’s too many nice ones to part out, so we’re trying to pass them on to somebody else. They can collect them and share them and keep that history going, you know,” said DJ Born with Rocky Mountain Relics.
While most of the vehicles being auctioned may need work to be roadworthy, Born said some are already fully restored…
