DENVER (KDVR) — A man was sentenced on Monday to nearly 50 years in prison, just over six years after the deadly shooting of a popular local musician.
District Attorney John Walsh announced that Patrick Apostol was sentenced to 48 years in prison following his June conviction on second-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence charges.
