DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) – A 24-year-old Denver man sustained serious injuries after crashing his motorcycle on Highway 83 south of Franktown on Aug. 29.
Colorado State Patrol troopers responded to the single-vehicle incident near milepost 46 at approximately 9:30 a.m.
According to the initial investigation, the rider was parked on the southbound shoulder of Highway 83 on an Aprilia RS457 motorcycle.
