The Henry is set to open its first Colorado location in Cherry Creek on December 16, bringing the Fox Restaurant Concepts’ “greatest neighborhood restaurant” to 201 Fillmore alongside Hank’s Neighborhood Bar, a first-of-its-kind spin-off bar concept for the brand that will open in early 2027.
The Henry Cherry Creek marks the brand’s 13th location nationwide, joining sister restaurants Flower Child and North Italia in Cherry Creek, as well as Culinary Dropout and Blanco Cocina + Cantina located at 9+CO. The new restaurant will open inside 201 Fillmore, a mixed-use building comprising retail, office and restaurant space in one of the city’s most walkable, upscale neighborhoods.
Most unique to the Cherry Creek location is Hank’s Neighborhood Bar, a first-of-its-kind spin-off bar concept situated right next to The Henry. The bar spans 4,039 square feet, including 2,574 square feet indoors and 1,465 square feet of patio space. Equal parts laid-back and lively, it’s the kind of place where the bar stool feels like yours, and the bartender already knows what you’re having.
