DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver hotel and bar in LoDo can partially resume business after a new order was issued, but the business is barred from running its nightclub.
In a court order published on Friday, Sept. 18, a hearing officer ruled that Native Hotel and Gatsby Social can sell food and alcohol, but their dance cabaret license remains suspended. The City of Denver has revoked their licenses twice this year. Most recently, on Sept. 4, the city suspended their licenses, claiming that the bar created an unsafe environment.
