DENVER (KDVR) — Denver police were busy overnight from Wednesday to Thursday, responding to three crashes resulting in serious injuries, the Denver Police Department said in a series of posts on X.
The first crash police responded to occurred at 10:59 p.m. in the area of South Colorado Boulevard and East Cherry Creek Drive. The crash involved a vehicle and a pedestrian. One person suffered serious injuries in the incident.

Another crash was reported only four minutes later and also involved a pedestrian. Police responded to the crash near East 47th Avenue and North Sand Creek Road. The crash involved one vehicle and a pedestrian and resulted in serious injuries.
The third crash happened in the early hours of Thursday morning and involved five vehicles. Around 6:52 a.m., police responded to reports of a five-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 70 near Central Park Boulevard. Only one person was seriously injured in the crash…
