DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver man who pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring to commit theft of a puppy at a Centennial pet shop in 2025 was sentenced to prison on Friday.
According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Timothy Davis was an accomplice in the Feb. 21, 2025 robbery at Perfect Pets on 6840 S. University Blvd.
The investigation found that Davis entered the store separately, asking multiple employees about a pair of English Bulldog puppies; however, they told him that the puppy pens couldn’t be opened without photo ID.
