DENVER (KDVR) — Greenwood Village said officers have reported a recent increase in “dangerously high speeds” along the Interstate 25 corridor, with the latest example on Monday of a driver clocked just below 100 miles per hour.
According to the city of Greenwood Village, officers stopped a vehicle that was going 98 miles per hour, while the speed limit was 65.

“If you drive 25+ mph over the speed limit in Colorado, you may face steep consequences: arrest, fines, DMV points and possible jail time,” the city stated.
