Former Littleton teacher, coach arrested for child exploitation

DENVER (KDVR) — A former Littleton teacher and coach was arrested for online child exploitation and luring of a child, according to police.

Fort Collins Police Services detectives created fake children’s accounts to catch internet predators and arrested 53-year-old Adam Williams on Sept. 4 in Castle Rock. However, police said real victims could be out there. This is not the first investigation into Williams for sexual misconduct involving a minor.

In 2025, Williams was put on administrative leave from teaching at Options Secondary School and coaching at Littleton High School, according to FCPS. The Littleton Police Department investigated, but ultimately, the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office determined there was not enough evidence to charge Williams.

Following his recent arrest, he is facing multiple charges, including:

  • Felony internet sexual exploitation of a child
  • Felony internet luring of a child
  • Three counts of felony promotion of obscenity to a minor
