The prospect of a self-driving car has led to many questions about safety and legal ramifications in the event of an incident, such as when a Waymo drove through a farmer’s market on Pearl Street or when a Waymo bypassed barriers and attempted to drive through a fresh paving construction zone on Perry Street.
