A Colorado woman is suing Flock Safety, a local cop, the Columbine Valley Police Department and others for falsely accusing her of stealing a $25 package from a home and invading her privacy, according to 9News.
Chrisanna Elser’s lawyers filed the suit seeking unspecified damages in early October, about one year after she was served a criminal summons by Sgt. Jaime Milliman on Sept. 27, 2025. According to body camera footage, Millman said Elser’s license plate camera data showed she was involved in the theft.
