A man was arrested Tuesday following a high-speed wrong-way pursuit on Interstate 25 in Douglas County.
At about 4:45 a.m., dispatchers received reports of a vehicle traveling the wrong way on I-25 near Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock.
