A 33-year-old man accused of slipping into an Aurora garage and beating a homeowner was already free on bail in three pending assault cases.
Kendan Lubovich is now being held without bail at the Arapahoe County jail pending the formal filing of new felony assault charges. In his prior cases, Lubovich posted a $10,000 cash bond in one matter, while in the other two, he was released after signing personal recognizance bonds.
