Denver Police searching for teen suspects in aggravated assault

DENVER (KDVR) — Three suspects are wanted in an alleged aggravated assault that happened last Sunday.

On Jan. 14 sometime around 10:50 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., three suspects were allegedly involved in an aggravated assault in the 2600 block of West 26th Avenue, according to a release from the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.

The Denver Police Department needs help from the public in finding the suspects, who police believe to be in their mid to late teens.

Suspect 1 is described as a Hispanic male in his mid to late teens. He was wearing a bright yellow winter coat at the time of the incident.

Suspect 2 is described as a Hispanic male, also in his mid to late teens. He was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt or coat at the time of the incident.

Suspect 3 is also described as a Hispanic male in his mid to late teens, but he was barefoot at the time of the incident.

DPD and Crime stoppers are asking anyone with information about the case to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for help solving the case.
