Dwayne Wade’s Perfect One-Word Reaction To Anthony Edwards’ Game 1 Performance

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets, 106-99, in Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs semifinals on Saturday night.

Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards had another impressive performance, leading all scorers with 43 points. It was a new career-high for Edwards in the NBA Playoffs. He also recorded seven rebounds, three assists, and two blocks.

Edwards also made NBA history with his performance in Game 1. He joined Kobe Bryant as the only two players with 40-point games at 22 years or younger in the NBA Playoffs.

After Edwards’ historic performance, former NBA superstar Dwayne Wade had the perfect response on social media.

“DIFFERENT.” Wade posted on social media.

The Timberwolves have now won five straight games in the NBA Playoffs, having swept the Phoenix Suns in the first round. Karl-Anthony Towns finished the game with 29 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

Minnesota will look to take a 2-0 lead over Denver on Monday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. CT on TNT.
