Starting January, most Denver property owners will be charged $150 per year for sidewalk upkeep and expansion, as part of a voter-approved repair program passed in 2022. The Denver City Council unanimously approved final changes to the fee structure Monday, which means that after a year of delays, Denver will finally get started on the ambitious infrastructure project.
