Good morning, Colorado. I’m coming to you from slightly chilly Boulder, where I’ve just recently moved from Denver. Moving is always stressful, and I surely don’t have to tell most of you how out of control rent prices are in this and many other parts of the state, driven largely by a major shortage of homes.
