This project will include 62 permanently affordable condominiums in the Five Points neighborhood, according to a presentation by staffers with the Department of Housing Stability. It is a partnership between Shanahan Development and Elevation Community Land Trust. It will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Approximately 6,300 square feet of retail space could include a co-op grocery store.

Sale prices for the condominiums are targeted at people making 80% of the average median income, or $71,900 for one person. Prices for the condominiums cannot exceed $234,950 for a one-bedroom, $271,450 for a two-bedroom and $307,900 for a three-bedroom space.
