‘Hoarding conditions’ pose challenge for crews fighting Denver house fire

DENVER (KDVR) — Dozens of firefighters responded to a house fire in Denver that sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon.

The fire fire was in a residential, single-family home near 44th Avenue and Winona Court.

The Denver Fire Department said firefighters found heavy smoke upon arrival at the scene and began an offensive attack.
