COMMERCE CITY, Colo. – One person is in custody following a fatal shooting in Commerce City over the weekend. Commerce City Police officers responded to the area of East 62nd Avenue and Jasmine Court around 4 a.m. Sunday after they received an alert from their gunfire detection system that shots had been fired.
