DENVER ( KDVR ) — After a weekend full of winter weather, the Denver International Airport still faces delays and canceled flights into Monday.
Delays and cancellations started on Friday after the airport issued a ground stop, haunting all planes out of DIA, due to the morning fog. By the end of the day, over 800 flights were delayed from DIA and 12 were canceled.
But the issues didn’t stop there.
On Saturday, over 1,100 flights were delayed from the airport and another 70 were canceled after more dense fog and snow flurries in the morning. By Sunday afternoon, almost 100 flights were canceled and over 400 were delayed.

The delays and cancellations continue heading into the fourth day of winter weather.
Delays, cancellations at DIA on Monday
According to FlightAware , an airport tracking website, there are 73 flights delayed and 45 flights canceled just before 8 a.m. on Friday.
Most of the cancellations come from arrivals into DIA, while only 10 flights are canceled heading out of DIA. Meanwhile, most of the delays and cancellations come from Southwest with 18 cancellations and 50 delays.
