Denver (KDVR) — Neighbors living near 10th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Denver were stunned Wednesday morning when they saw a man picking up large rocks and throwing them at the windshields of cars along several blocks.
“That guy was walking around grabbing large rocks off the side of the road and just throwing them through people’s windshields, throwing them at pretty much every car on this block, and the next block over,” said Joey Caraballo, whose vehicle was hit.

“I approached him, asked what his problem was, he started screaming at me and running at me, so we just kind of called the cops,” he said.
