DENVER ( KDVR ) — One person died and one person is in custody following a multi-vehicle crash that closed Interstate 70 in Wheat Ridge for several hours.
At about 5:40 a.m. on Thursday, Jeffcom 911 posted on X that eastbound I-70 was closed between 32nd Avenue and Kipling Street.
Wheat Ridge police told FOX31 that multiple cars were involved in the crash, but the exact number was unknown.
