DENVER — A man with multiple DUI convictions who killed a man who was standing on his Denver lawn was sentenced to eight years in prison on Friday.
James Corpuz was sentenced to five years for vehicular homicide – reckless driving and three years for driving under the influence with three-plus priors, to be served consecutively, after pleading guilty.
