New York Times best-selling author puts $5.9M Greenwood Village home on market

DENVER ( KDVR ) — A New York Times best-selling author put his house on the market after living in the multi-million dollar home for 14 years.

According to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s listing, Tommy Spaulding, whose first book landed on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today’s national bestseller lists, is selling the Greenwood Village house.

Spaulding wrote the bestseller “It’s Not Just Who You Know: Transform Your Life and Your Organization by Turning Colleagues and Contacts into Lasting, Genuine Relationships,” and several other books. He’s also the founder and president of Tommy Spaulding Companies , a leadership development, speaking, training and teambuilding organization in Denver.

The realty said Spaulding bought the house a year after his first book was published in 2010, but now he’s ready to sell his home on East Greenwood Lane. Here’s what’s on the market:
