COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Pueblo Police Chief said his quest to toughen laws for Colorado criminals has gotten a boost in the form of a letter from the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police.
This comes after a March 18 shooting in Pueblo, where a man out on bond for three felony cases, including homicide, fired more than 80 rounds at officers. Three police officers were taken to the hospital, while the suspect was shot and killed.
