The Fort Collins Police Department reports that a man suspected of kidnapping a juvenile girl and forcing her to work for his snow removal service has been arrested.
According to law enforcement, Maximilian Bondrescu, 44, has been taken into custody related to the case. Bondrescu is alleged to have rented a vehicle to drive to Missouri to meet with the juvenile in December of 2024, then said to have brought the girl back to Colorado with him.
Investigators stated that the girl reported that Bondrescu held her against her will in Colorado, sometimes taking her out to work for his snow removal company called FoCo Sno GO.
