One person was hospitalized after a rockfall on a Colorado highway snarled traffic Thursday morning, authorities said.
The Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office said “several” rocks fell onto westbound Interstate 70 near mile marker 236, just west of Denver, at around 6:30 a.m. Thursday. The rockslide caused one vehicle to crash, and several others blew tires.
