CCS Denver, Inc. now faces the largest fine of $6,186,171, found in violation of hiring practices after an audit revealed a 100% substantive violation rate and confirmed the knowing employment of at least 87 unauthorized workers. Similarly, PBC Commercial Cleaning Systems, Inc. is facing a $1,599,510 fine due to a 74% violation rate and patterns that revealed at least 12 unauthorized workers were knowingly hired.
