Denver man dies in crash, leaves behind wife, 2 kids — including daughter battling cancer

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (KDVR) — The family of a man who died in a traffic crash on Wednesday says he leaves behind a wife and two young children, one of whom is battling cancer.

Relatives say Brian Licon was hit on his motorcycle Wednesday morning at the intersection of Sheridan Boulevard and West 32nd Avenue.

Wheat Ridge Police say the driver of the other vehicle did stay on scene.

A cousin said the 25-year-old was heading southbound on Sheridan on his way to work.
