2 killed in early morning house fire

DENVER — Two people are dead after an early morning house fire in Denver.

The call originally came in at 4:59 a.m. as a reported trash fire near South Niagara Street and East Dakota Avenue, according to Denver Fire Department spokesperson Luis Cedillo. That’s near South Monaco Street Parkway and East Alameda Avenue.
