WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — A Denver family is enduring unimaginable loss and hardship after a motorcycle crash claimed the life of 25-year-old Brian Licon in late April, while his 4-year-old daughter undergoes treatment for leukemia.
Licon’s family said he was riding his motorcycle on Sheridan Boulevard near West 32nd Avenue on the morning of April 30 when he collided with a vehicle turning left. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police said Licon was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The department’s crash and traffic team is investigating and has not yet determined whether charges will be filed…
