Bodycam shows Edgewater officer’s actions in confrontation with suspect

EDGEWATER, Colo. — Body camera footage provides a second-by-second look at a confrontation involving two Edgewater Police officers and a man whom one of the officers used a Taser on and shoved head-first to the ground.

The encounter left the man bloodied and injured. The footage, obtained by 9NEWS Investigates, is a central piece of evidence in a pending lawsuit filed against the officers.
