A 15-year-old illegal immigrant was recently sentenced to probation and community service after causing a fatal crash that killed a 24-year-old in Aurora, Colorado, last July.
According to CBS News, the 15-year-old illegal immigrant killed 24-year-old Kaitlyn Weaver in Aurora by crashing a Jeep into the side of Weaver’s vehicle. The outlet noted that John Weaver, the 24-year-old’s father, claimed that the Arapahoe District Attorney’s Office initially promised that prosecutors would push for the illegal immigrant teen to face the maximum sentence of two years in a correctional facility but that the district attorney’s office changed its course of action after the leadership changed.
“The DA’s office said this would be a ‘no plea deal’ case, so they were not going to offer anything; any concession,” Weaver said…
