A busy airport is under red alert after multiple people who recently traveled have been diagnosed with the measles.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has confirmed another case of measles in a Arapahoe County resident. The patient was vaccinated, and they had recently flown on Turkish Airlines flight 201, which landed at the Denver International Airport on May 13.
This comes shortly after the Chicago O’Hare International Airport reported a possible measles outbreak confined to the airport’s Terminal 1 area, but hundreds had already been exposed to the infectious disease.
