DENVER (KDVR) — For months now, businesses have been feeling the impact of a year-long construction project putting a bus lane on Colfax.
“It was a nightmare and still kind of is, I mean, just today this week is new where we lost a bunch of sidewalk, which is brand new to us this week,” co-owner of Lion’s Liar, Michael Thorne, said.

But now the community is stepping up with events like the Bigwig Bar Crawl put on by Colfax Ave, a group designed to bring the community together in the area.
