Opinion: Denver won’t yank Salvation Army homeless hotel contracts, but should

I don’t really believe for one second that the Denver City Council is going to yank multi-million-dollar contracts with The Salvation Army Wednesday to run three homeless hotels in the city. They absolutely should, but The Salvation Army is engrained in the city establishment and has been providing these services for decades. I don’t see change coming.
