LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) — Residents in a Lakewood neighborhood are speaking out after they say a man has been terrorizing women in their area while touching himself.
The suspect has been seen touching himself inappropriately with his windows down after parking near women for months, but was arrested Wednesday afternoon, according to the Lakewood Police Department. He is not yet being identified by authorities.
