DENVER (KDVR) — Denver could have a new addition to its skyline if plans continue for a new observation tower in the heart of downtown.
On Tuesday, an application for a concept review was submitted to the city and county of Denver for a tower at 1546 California Street in the Central Business District neighborhood. This lies between California and Welton Streets, just off 16th Street.
