DENVER (KDVR) — Denver city employees alongside a group called Stronger Denver will be rallying over the city’s proposed change in layoff policy.
This all comes as Denver voters already decided to allow collective bargaining. Workers say that the city would be eliminating the long-standing seniority-based system in favor of a vague “merit based” approach.
