DENVER (KDVR) — At Community Food Share, a branch of Feeding America, just northwest of Denver, helping families put food on the table is just part of what they do.
“This is only one small part of the work we do here. We have 46 partner agencies that we provide some of the food that they distribute across Boulder and Broomfield counties,” said Director of Philanthropy at Community Food Share Kaleigh Wagner.

But the uncertainty of the future stresses what their system will look like. Those at Community Food Share say Coloradans could be paying the price if SNAP is cut.
“We will be shouldering more of the administrative costs, that could be up to an additional $94 million. So it will have an incredible impact on our economic system here of more than $200 million,” Wagner said…
