Aurora police are still searching for a suspect wanted in connection with two deadly Colfax Avenue-area stabbings on Sunday morning — separate incidents authorities now believe are connected, according to a news release Monday.
The first of two early morning stabbings took place around 1:45 a.m. along the 1500 block of Moline St., when officers found a man unresponsive on the sidewalk suffering from stab wounds, officials from the Aurora Police Department said.
Hours later, around 6:30 a.m., a second man was found unresponsive at a bus stop on Peoria Street just south of East Colfax Avenue – just a few blocks east of where the first man was found, according to police…
