LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A judge increased bail Wednesday to $2.5 million for the Las Vegas man accused of driving to Colorado and kidnapping a 14-year-old girl, records said.
Clark County Chief Judge Jerry Wiese increased bail for Cameron Scruggs, 25, from $150,000 during a grand jury return hearing. A Clark County grand jury voted to indict Scruggs on charges of first-degree kidnapping of a minor and statutory sexual seduction, records said.
