PASCO, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol is investigating a crash that shut down the Lewis Street Underpass in Pasco Thursday night.
The crash happened just off the exit from US 395, near the Blue Bridge just before 5 p.m.
At least one car and one pickup were involved…
