This $2,500 martini may be Colorado’s priciest drink. Here’s why it’s so expensive

B&GC, a speakeasy under the Halcyon hotel in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, rolled out a $2,500 gilded martini in June. While it is not likely to become the state’s signature drink, it is starting to gain some fame.
