DENVER (KDVR) — More than 52 grams of cocaine, drugs and firearms were found after a Broomfield officer arrested four men in their 20s on various charges.
Just after 1 a.m. on Thursday, the Broomfield Police Department said an officer “contacted” four men in the area of W. 134th Circle and Alcott Drive, near Westlake Park. The department said this area has been the recent target of criminal trespassing and motor vehicle theft.
After further investigation, the office arrested four suspects on various charges and seized more than 52 grams of cocaine, 0.73 grams of Xanax, 0.16 grams of Oxycodone, two firearms and at least two magazines.
The department said a 26-year-old was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants out of Jefferson County and Lakewood. A 24-year-old was arrested for possession of a weapon (handgun) by a previous offender.
