Beloved 4.7-star Denver restaurant known for sustainable practices set to close

A highly-rated Denver restaurant has announced that it’ll be closing its doors within weeks.

According to a July 18 announcement from Sullivan Scrap Kitchen, located on East 17th Avenue, their last day of service will be Saturday, August 2. The restaurant has been open since July 2025, operating with a focus on sustainability and waste reduction. The spot was best known for its brunch offerings, including sourdough waffles, latkes, Benedicts, sandwiches, and more.
