2 boys, 14 and 16, arrested in connection to July parking lot shooting death

DENVER (KDVR) — Two teenage boys were arrested in connection to a deadly parking lot shooting on July 13 in Aurora, police reported Friday, in addition to sharing the victim’s identity.

The Aurora Police Department said it had arrested a 16-year-old on Wednesday, July 23, on charges of second-degree murder, aggravated robbery, unlawful handgun possession by a juvenile and theft.

On July 26, police also arrested a 14-year-old on the same charges, in addition to a charge of attempted first-degree murder.
